摘要
我国土地资源严重不足,而近年来房地产业日益壮大,其对土地的需求也越来越大,房地产业如何面对这一现实矛盾,文章从住宅市场结构及开发模式、住宅的使用价值和经济价值、合理规划利用已有土地以及城市化进程与住宅建设节地之间的关系等方面,阐述了建设节地型住宅的途径。
There is a serious shortage of land resources in our country whereas the demand for land increases daily with the ever growth of the real estate enterprises. As how to deal with this conflict, the paper introduces means of constructing land-saving residence from the structure, and developing model of residence, service and economic value of residence, rational planning and usage of the existing land and the relation between urbanization and land-saving residence construction.
