学习型组织为和谐社会的创立带来了全新的管理理念,从学习型组织理论的五项修炼谈起,分析了学习型图书馆能充分发挥馆员的潜力,提高工作机理,提出了创建学习型图书馆的模式。
Learning-Style organization brings a brand-new management Notion. The paper has discussed the 5 items of training in learning-style organization theory, analyzed that the learning-style library can bring into full play the potential of librarians, improve the work of function, and put forward the model of a learning-style Library.
