文摘:中小院校图书馆由于资金、人才、馆藏等多方面的因素,数字化建设一直处于落后状态。近几年,国内外数字图书馆建设的相对成熟,为中小院校数字图书馆的建设提供了经验、资源等多方面的借鉴,中小院校图书馆应抓住这个机遇,大力发展本馆的数字化建设。
