摘要
目的:建立 HPLC 法测定澳泰乐胶囊中绿原酸的含量。方法:以 Inertsil ODS-3(150mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱分离,以甲醇-1%醋酸(20:80)为流动相,流速为-1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长327 nm。结果:线性范围0.0712～0.6408μg,测得平均回收率100.1%(RSD=1.2%,n=5)。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,可作为澳泰乐胶囊质量控制的有效方法。
Objective：To establish HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Aotaile capsules. Methods ： Inertsil ODS -3 column（ 150 mm×4. 6mm,5 μm）was used, and the mobile phase consisted of methanol - 1% acetic acid （20： 80 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 327 nm. Results： There was a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 0712 -0. 6408 μg. The average recovery was 100. 1% （ RSD = 1.2%, n = 5 ） .Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid, accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Aotaile apsules.
