摘要
目的:建立一种测定复方盐酸丁卡因含漱液中盐酸丁卡因和氢化可的松含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用反相C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),以甲醇-乙腈-水-三乙胺(65:15:20:0.04)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长238 nm。结果:盐酸丁卡因线性范围为20~100μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9997),高、中、低浓度的平均回收率分别为99.3%,98.7%,98.9%;氢化可的松线性范围为5~25μg·mL^(-1)(r=1.000),高、中、低浓度的平均回收率分别为100.8%,100.7%,100.6%。结论:该法分离度好,快速、简便,重现性好,可用于复方盐酸丁卡因含漱液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish an RP - HPLC method for determination of tetracaine hydrochloride and hydrocortisone in compound gargarisma tetracaini. Method:C18 column(4.6 mm× 200 mm,5μm) was adopted as stationary phase, solvent mixiure composed of methanol - acetonitrile - water - triethylamine ( 65 : 15: 20: 0.04 ) using as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1, the detection wavelength was 238 nm. Results: Tetracaine hydrochloride had a good linearity(r =0.9997) in the range of 20 - 100 μg · mL^-1. The relative recoveries were 99.3% ,98.7% and 98.9% ; Hydrocortisone had a good linearity(r = 1. 000) in the range of 5 - 25 μg · mL^-1. The relative recoveries were 100. 8% ,100. 7% and 100.6%. Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive and accurate, and may be used for the quality control.
