摘要
目的探讨乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性医学生的心理健康状况。方法用症状自评量表(SCL-90)测查62名HBsAg阳性学生。结果62名HBsAg阳性者在强迫症状、焦虑、偏执、精神病性因子上的分值高于HBsAg阴性者,并呈显著性差异。62名HBsAg阳性者在SCL-90各因子的分值上无性别差异。结论在本研究中,医学生HBsAg阳性者的心理健康水平低于HBsAg阴性者。
Objective To study the mental health status of HBsAg（＋） medical university students. Methods 62 HBsAg （＋） medical university students were selected and were administered SCL-90. Results The factor scores of ＂Obsessive-- Compulsive＂, ＂anxiety＂, ＂Paranoid ideation＂, ＂psychoticism＂ of HBsAg（＋ ） students were significantly higher than HBsAg （-） students and there was no significant sex differences in all the factor scores of HBsAg（＋） students. Conclusion In our research, the mental health level of HBsAg （＋） students were lower than HBsAg （-） students and there was no significant sex differences in the mental health level in HBsAg（＋ ） students.
