摘要
以草酸二乙酯为原料,经氨解,肼解,环合,醇解,而制得1,2,4-三唑-3-羧酸甲酯。该合成工艺具有步骤少,条件温和,操作简便,污染少,产率较高等优点。
Starting from oxalic acid diethyl ester, the synthesis of methyl 1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxylate was improved by aminolysis, hydrazinolysis, cyclization, alcoholysis. The improved synthesis had several advantages such as few procedures, mild reaction conditions easy operation, low contaminstion and high yield of product.
