摘要
在水中以苯亚甲基苯乙酮和丙二腈为原料,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HTMAB)催化下,合成了标题化合物。考察了不同催化剂、催化剂用量及不同溶剂对反应的影响。产物的结构经IR和1HNMR进行了表征确证。该方法具有反应条件温和、操作简便、环境友好的优点。
A approach to the synthesis of 2-benzoyl-1,3,5-tribenzene-4,4-dicyanoeyclobexanol in aqueous media under refluxing using hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide as catalyst is described. The different catalysts, the amount of eatalysta, the different solvents on the effect of the reaction were discussed. The structure of the product was characterized by IR and ^1HNMR spectra. This method provided several advantages such as mild reaction conditions, simple work-up procedure and environment friendly. In addition, water was chosen as a green solvent.
