摘要
在注水泥施工过程中,合理控制井下各种参数的变化,对保证注水泥顶替质量是非常重要的。通过对注水泥动态过程的分析研究,建立了描述这一动态过程的模拟模式,在此基础上开发了注水泥动态过程计算机模拟与辅助设计软件,从而为指导固井施工和设计提供有力的支持工具和手段。通过数口井的现场验证,模拟结果与实测值的相符程度很高。
Some difficulties are met in practice when applying numerical simulation method to oil-gas engineering in complex boundary conditions.It is very important to adopt rational techniques to control various parameters and to ensure displacement quality during cementing.So it is feasible replacing straight beam units by bent beam units to reduce computation time when doing the mechanics analysis of drill stem with bigger curvature.The development of the software provides a powerful supporting tool and means for making cementing design and guiding the cementing operation.
