摘要
分析了我国煤炭资源的安全保证问题,认为其主要影响因素是:有效供给不足、回采率低、基础地质工作滞后、国家“财产权益”模糊、忽视循环经济发展等,并提出了有关建议。
The guaranty of coal resource of China is analyzed in this paper. The main control factors are considered to influence the resource safety guarantee, including effective supply, recovery rate basic geological exploration degree, financial equity of government, cyclic economic development. Meanwhile some suggestions are presented.
