摘要
目的:探讨严重胸外伤合并呼吸窘迫综合征的机械通气的治疗。方法:回顾性分析18例严重胸外伤合并呼吸窘迫综合征的治疗过程。结果:本组患者ARDS占同期胸外伤(193例)的9.3%。18例均给予机械通气,平均6.2d。死亡率11.1%。结论:早期诊断并尽早行呼吸机治疗可有效降低本病的死亡率。
Objective：To explore the mechanical ventilation treatment of severe thoracic trauma complicated with acute respiratory distress syndrome. Method：18 cases of severe thoracic trauma complicated by acute respiratory distress syndrome were reviewed. Result：In this group ,ARDS accounted for 9.3% in thoracic injury. All the patients required the mechanical ventilation treatment （ mean = 6.2days ）. The mortality was 11.1%. Conclusion： Early diagnosis and mechanical ventilation treatment of ARDS are effective methods to decrease the mortality of ARDS.
