摘要 由碱法酚醛树脂与硼酸制成硼改性酚醛树脂(乙醇溶液),再与粒径0.4~0.8mm的石英砂一起制成树脂涂敷砂.经组分筛选得到实用配方如下(以质量计):石英砂100%.树脂10%,偶联剂ST-30.15%~0.20%。增韧剂ZF-0.1 0.9%~1.0%。由100g石英砂+10g树脂+0.9g增韧剂+0.2g偶联剂组成、在水介质中于70℃固化反应72小时,再在180~360℃不同温度下老化24小时得到的固结砂样,抗压和抗张强度在老化温度为200℃时最高.分别为12.1和7.7MPa,老化温度300℃时分别为9.7和4.2MPa,符合防砂要求;老化温度在240~300℃时空气渗透率为32.6~34.1时。在以蒸汽吞吐方式开发、油井出砂严重的胜利孤岛稠油油田,从2002年开始用该树脂涂敷砂进行防砂施工128井次,施工成功率98.6%,平均注汽温度305℃,注汽质量流量13.5t/h.平均有效期298天。表5参2。 By reacting alkaline catalyzed phenolic resin with boric acid, a boron containing phenolic resin (BCPR) in ethanol solution is synthesized and used for preparing high temperature resistant resin coated sand (RCS) based on quartz of particle size 0.4-0.8 mm. The working recept of this RCS formulated through ingredient dosage screening experiments is as follows (in mass parts) : quartz 100 + BCPR 10 + coupling agent ST-3 0.15-0. 20 + flexibilizer ZF-01 0.9-1.0. For the solidified RCS samples composed of 100 g quartz, 10 g BCPR, 0.9 g flexibilizer, and 0.2 g coupling agent, cured in water media at 70℃ in 72 hrs and aged at temperature ranged 180-360℃ in 24 hrs, the compression and the bending strength reach their peak values, 12.1 and 7.7 MPa, when aged at 200℃ and have satisfactory values for sand control, 9.7 and 4.2 MPa, respectively, when aged at 300℃ and the air permeability is in range 32.6-34.1 μm^2 when aged at 240-300℃. In Gudao, Shengli, where the sandstone reservoirs are poorly consolidated and severe sand troubles are encountered in steam huffing-puffing heavy oil wells, 128 sand control operations with this RCS have been performed since 2002 with 98.6% operational successfulness and the oil wells give a positive response in oil productivity in 298 days in average at steam temperature 305℃ and steam injection rate 13.5 t/h in average.
