摘要
本文从自然生态平衡、社会生态平衡、经济生态平衡和文化生态平衡这四个平衡观着手,提出生态平衡、可持续发展是城市规划与建筑设计营造的基本理念,是实现和谐社会发展目标的基本途径。
From the view of natural ecological balance, social ecological balance, economic ecological balance and cultural ecological balance, this paper argues that ecological balance and sustainable development are the basie conceprs of urban planning and architectural design building, and the basic ways to realize the goal of harmonious social development.
