摘要
借助于CBD概念的解析和国内外CBD功能结构的启示,分析杭州CBD和周边地区CBD的互相关系,最终形成对杭州CBD的主要功能的定位。通过杭州三个CBD选址可能地区的发展条件优劣之对比,提出这三个地区各自的空间定位,找出杭州建设CBD可能的最佳位置。在比较和计算基础上确定杭州CBD的合理规模。剖析杭州CBD的发展现状,提出若干改进的意见和建议,旨在更好地规划建设杭州的CBD。
By the analysis of the CBD concept and the inspiration of the function construction in CBD in home and overseas, this article analyzes the relationship belween Hangzhou CBD and its surrounding areas, and finally forms the main function orientation of Hangzhou CBD. Through the comparison of the developing condition in three potential areas where CBD could be established, the author brings forward the respective space orientation of three areas in order to deduce the appropriate site of Hangzhou CBD. On the basis of the comparison and calculation, the author confirms the logical dimension of CBD, analyzes the its developing situation, and proposes the several ideas and suggestions to improve rl in order to plan and construct the Hangzhou CBD better.
