摘要
本文以年纯经济收益最大作为优化目标,建立了应用于空调系统的热管换热器优化设计的数学模型,通过分析设计变量之间的相互关系以及它们对传热和压降的影响程度,缩小模型求解过程的搜索区间,采用穷举法结合罚函数法进行求解,分析得出热管的结构参数对年纯经济收益的影响,改进了该类热管换热器的设计,提高了其应用经济性。
Regarded the maximum of annual net profit for the equipment as the object function, an optimum design model of heat exchanger applied in air-conditioning system was established in this paer. The relations among design variables and the influence of each design variable on heat transfer and pressure drop of the fluid were analyzed. The model was solved by using the exhaustion method and SUMT method. The design methods were improved and the cost of the equipment was decreased.
