摘要
将多变性设计理论引入冲模CAD设计中,建立了DFV冲模结构设计CAD平台,构筑了系统的框架体系,建立了跨代索引特征模型用以表示外部设计多变性,创建了耦合索引特征模型用以操作内部构件的相互影响多变性因素,通过对各种设计要素的处理完成冲模结构设计,使设计过程在相对稳定的具有柔性的DFV设计平台中进行,降低了设计耗费,提高了设计效率、水平和智能化程度,使冲模结构CAD设计可以进入应用。
The design for variety (DFV) theory is introduced to the design of stamping die structures, whose CAD platform is developed on the basis of the DFV theory. The design's framework is also constructed. The feature model of GVI(generational variety index) is built to denote exterior design variety elements. The feature model of CI(coupling index) is also created to deal with interior design variety factors that affect the components of stamping die structures, the design of which is accomplished by controlling various kinds of design elements. The DFV design platform is stable and flexible, thus reducing design costs. Meanwhile, design efficiency, design level and intelligent degree are enhanced. As a result, the CAD of stamping die structures are put into application.
