摘要
从频域和时域的角度分析了现行电视系统隔行扫描的缺陷。
The disadvantages of line interlaced scanning in recent television system are discussed from the points of view of the frequency domain and time domain.A digital processing circuit is developed,which can be used to change the line interlaced scanning into progrssive scanning.
