摘要 目的:建立烧烫伤凝胶(黄连,黄柏,大黄等)中5种蒽醌成分的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,伊利特-C18柱,以甲醇-1%磷酸溶液(80∶20),流速:1.0 mL/m in,检测波长:430 nm。结果:该方法使样品中5种蒽醌类成分得到良好的分离,且线性关系良好。大黄素、大黄酚、大黄酸、大黄素甲醚、芦荟大黄素的平均回收率及RSD分别为98.0%,1.3%;97.1%,1.8%;97.8%,1.5%;97.4%,1.7%;96.7%,1.2%。结论:本法专属性强,灵敏度高,重现性好,适于该制剂中蒽醌类成分的分离与测定。 AIM: To establish the method of determining five anthraquinone components in Shaotangshang Gel (Rhizoma Coptidis, Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, etc. ). METHODS:HPLC was used to determine emodin, chrysophanol, rhein, physcion, alone-emodin in Shaotangshang Gel. The separation was performed on Yilited- C18 Column with MeOH-phosphate acid (0.1% )( 80: 20) as the modile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength was set at 430 nm. RESULTS : The resolution and the linearity of the method were good with the average recoveries and RSD values of emoldin, chrysophanol, rhein, physcion, aloe-emodin of 98.0%, 1.3% ;97.1%, 1.8% ;97.8%, 1.5% ;97.4%, 1.7% ;96.7%, 1.2% respectively. CONCLUSION : This method is sensitive, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Shaotangshang Gel.
