摘要
目的了解绍兴市人民医院1997—2004年糖尿病患者住院费用的变化。方法选取1997年9月-2004年8月糖尿病患者4522例，分析不同年份之间总住院费用、日住院费用、西药费用、检查费用、住院天数的变化。结果日住院费用、总住院费用和检查费用分别增加4．83％、26．20％、68．00％，住院天数和西药费用分别下降23.26％、8．49％，将总住院费用与绍兴市当年的年消费支出相比显示总费用占人均消费支出的比例呈下降趋势。结论糖尿病患者的日住院费用、总住院费用和检查费有所增加，住院天数和西药费用有所下降。
Objective To investigate the change of medical costs of in - patients with diabetes in Shaoxing hospital during 1997 -2004. Methods Totally 4522 patients with diabetes in Shaoxing hospital during 1997 -2004 were selected to analyre their medical costs （total costs, daily costs, costs for the drugs, costs for the examinations） and admission days. Results The medical costs （daily costs, total costs, and costs for examinations） of the in - patients for diabetic patients increased 4.83%, 26. 20% and 68.00% ; and admission days and costs for drugs decreased 23.26% and 8.49%, respectively. However, compared with the Shaoxing annual expenditure, the total costs was decreased. Conclusion The in - diabetics＇medical costs （daily costs, total costs, and costs for examinations） increased, and admission days and costs for drugs decreased.
