摘要
针对酮苯装置采用循环液生产工艺处理高含油软蜡时带来的产品质量不稳定、蜡精制能耗、物耗高的难题,提出采用新鲜溶剂代替循环液工艺进行处理,虽然酮苯装置的能耗有所上升,但是产品质量稳定,半精炼石蜡料的含油量较低,蜡精制的能耗和物耗大幅度降低,产品的总收率提高,全年可多创造88.14万元的经济效益。
Aim at the problems of unstable product quality ,off specification, and high energy and material consumptions in wax treatment when high oil containing soft wax is processed with circulating fluid production process,the method of using fresh solvent to replace circulating fluid treating process in the acetone benzol dewaxing unit is presented in this paper.Comparing with circulating fluid process ,although the energy consumption of the acetone benzol dewaxing unit increased a little,but the product quahty is stable,the oil content in semi refined wax is lower,the energy and material consumption of wax refining is remarkably reduced,and the total product yields is increased,which produces 881.4 thousand yuan RMB more profit in a year.
