摘要
根据城市化地区的经济发展水平、城市化与工业化的关系、城市人口集聚方向,可将城市化模式划分为发达型和发展型,同步型、超前型和滞后型,集中型、分散型和城乡一体化型等。总结、借鉴世界城市化模式的经验,珠江三角洲城市化发展应实现城市化与农业现代化、城市化与工业化、集中型和分散型城市化、市场配置资源与政府宏观调控、经济增长与高效集约合理利用土地、产业分工和基础设施建设等相互协调。
Based on the level of economic development of the urbanized regions, the relation between urbanization and industrialization and the trend of agglomeration of urban population, the pattern of urbanization can be classified into developed urbanization and developing urbanization, synchrourbanization, over-urbanization, under-urbanization, centralized urbanization, diffuse urbanization and kotadesasi. By summarizing and using as reference the experience of the world urbanization, intercoordination should be achieved in the urbanization development in the Pearl River Delta between urbanization and agricultural modernization, between urbanization and industrialization, between centralized urbanization and diffuse urbanization, between the resource allocation by market and the macro-control by the government, between economic growth and proper land utilization with high efficiency and intensiveness, and between industrial division of labor and regional-level infrastructure construction, etc.
