摘要
区域经济的快速发展、城市外部交通条件的改善,给金湾中心城区提供了历史性的发展机遇。珠海金湾中心城区西湖片区分区规划采用向西内聚式发展的空间发展模式,以“两心、两轴、八片”为功能布局结构,构筑“四纵、四横、一环”的主路网骨架,以尊重自然山水格局为原则,以保护生态自然资源为前提,营造独特的滨水城市环境,突出河、湖、海、城和谐共生的“生态新城”理念,形成“一轴、两区、三核、六点”的景观体系。
The fast regional economic development and the improvement of exterior traffic conditions of the city have provided a historcal chance of devellopment to Jinwan Central City Zone In Zhuhai.The District planning of the West Lake Block of Jinwan Central City Zone in Zhuhai takes as its spatial development pattern of developing westwards with cohesion,with＂two cores,two axes and eight blocks＂as the functional arrangement structure,＂four verticals,four horizontal and one ring＂as the main framework of road network structure,protection of theecological matural resources as the premise so as to create a unique urban waterfront environment that gives prominence to the concept of ＂ecological new city＂in which rivers,lakes,sea and city coexist harmoniously,forming a landscape system of ＂one exist,two districts,three cores and six pots＂.
