摘要
在模拟酸雨条件下,对樟树的种子萌发和幼苗生长进行了观测。结果表明,pH2.0的模拟酸雨严重地抑制了种子的萌发,伤害了幼苗的叶片,降低了叶绿素的含量,增加了细胞的透性,使叶汁液和土壤酸化,从而阻碍了幼苗的生长。pH3.5的模拟酸雨尽管对幼苗产生一定的负作用,但却增加了幼苗的生物量。pH5.0和pH6.0的模拟酸雨对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响不明显。
Seed germination and seedling growth for camphor tree were
moni-tored under exposure the seed and seedling to a simulated acid rain,The pH 2.0 acid
treatment inhibited seedgermination and seedling growth by damaging foliage,decreasing
chlorophyll contents, increasing leaf cell perineability,and acidifying leaf sap and the soil.
Whereae pH 3.5 acid treatment increased the biomass in spite of some negative effects on
seedling growth.No significant treament effects were observed at pH values of 5.0 and 6.0.
