摘要
通过以山羊草等23种不同异源胞质的中国春为母本,以小偃6号作父本,经过七代核置换回交,培育成功了23种不同细胞质的小偃6号核质杂种.和对照小偃6号比较分析,发现不同的异源细胞质对小偃6号的抽穗期、条锈抗性、结实率等9个农艺性状都有着较明显的影响.其中,还获得了几个综合性状优良的核质杂种系,为杂种小麦的研究提供了丰富的材料.
The 23 different alloplasmic hybrids of Xiaoyan No. 6 were obtained by means of nucleus substitution. Compared with Xiaoyan No. 6(CK),the 23 different allogenic cyto-plasms significantly influence agronomic traits of Xiaoyan No. 6,such as headling date, resistence to stripe rust and seed set. The several quality alloplasmic hybrids with syn-thetic traits were gained,and they provide rich materials for studying the heterosis of wheat.
