摘要
在中央大力倡导政企、政资、政社分开的过程中,加大中介组织的发展力度对于促进经济的健康发展和社会稳定尤为重要。目前我国社会中介组织在发展中尚存在思想观念落后,法律法规不健全,缺乏有效的内控机制等问题。应尽早对社会中介组织进行准确定位,统一规划管理,强化监督职能,以更好地发挥其应有的作用。
In the process of it- central government vigorously initiates the separation between the government and the business, the politic and the capital, the politic and the society, it is very important to enlarge the development degree of the intermaediary organization for promote the development of the economic and the stability of the society. At present, the Non-government agency of our country still exist some questions in the process of the development, such as the ideas are backward, the laws and the regulations are defect, lack the effective mechanism of the internal control and so on, should carry on the accurate localization to the social intermediary organization as soon as possible, plan uniformly and manage, strengthen the function of supervision, to play the role well which it should have
