摘要
长期以来,血管紧张素-(1—7)(Aug-(1—7]一直被认为是血管紧张素!的无生物活性代谢产物。近年的研究证明Ang-(1—7)在神经系统和心血管功能调节中起有作用,是血管紧张素系统中一种新的重要激素。本文根据最近的研究主要讨论了四个问题:(1)Ang-(1—7)的存在部位;(2)Ang-(1—7)的形成;(3)Aug-(1—7)的生理学效应;(4)Ang-(1—7)的抗高血压作用,最后对这一激素的目前认识作了小结。
Angiotensin-(1-7) was considered as an inactive metabolite of angiotensin Ⅱ for a long time. However, new studies have shown that angiotensin-(1-7) is a new hormone of the angiotensin system which plays an important role in the modulation of cell-to-cell interactions in cardiovascular and neural function. On the basis of results obtained from the re- cent research, four basic aspects are discussed, including: (1) where is angiotensin-(1-7) present? (2) process of angiotensin-(1-7 ) formation: (3) physiological effects of an- giotensin- (1-7) 1 and (4) Antihypertensive actions of angiotensin-(1-7 ). Finally, the current knowledge on the substance is summarized.
