离子聚合物泡沫的研究

摘要 研究了乙烯/丙烯酸锌离子聚合物Iotek7020熔体间歇发泡配方和工艺过程。试验表明该聚合物的熔体强度高,可承受很大的加工应力,可获得闭孔高发泡材料,发泡塑料的拉伸强度和压缩强度、弯曲负荷与弯曲疲劳周期都超过其他通用材料的泡沫。该树脂适合连续挤出发泡工艺,发泡定型的工艺装备是优良泡沫塑料成型的关键。 The formula and processing technology of intermittent foaming of ethylene-acrylic acid zinc ionomer, Iotek 7020, were studied. Data of the test indicated that melt of ionomer had high strength, can bear great processing stress and get high foaming material with closed cell. The physical properties of foamed material such as tensile strength, compressive strength, bend load and cycle of bending fatigue are superior to ones made by other general polymers. Iotek 7020 is suitable to extrude the foaming technology, and in this process, in order to control foaming body, the setting pattern equipment is very important.
