摘要
采用两步法,先在溶剂三氯甲烷中,新戊二醇与三氯氧磷反应得到新戊二醇磷酰氯,再以水为溶剂,将其与三聚氰胺反应合成了单组分膨胀型阻燃剂新戊二醇磷酸脂三聚氰胺盐(NPM)。通过元素分析、IR证实了其分子结构,采用DTA、TGA初步评价了其热稳定性,结果显示NPM具有较高的热稳定性。较佳反应条件为:反应温度85℃,控制POCl3滴加速度约1h滴完,pH约为6~7,NPM最终产率约为85%。
The intumescent flame-retardant NPM was synthesized by two steps process. The structure and thermal stability of NPM were investigated by element analysis , IR ,DTA and TGA. The results indicatedthat NPM has relatively high thermal stability which may contribute to enhance the efficiency of the intumescent flame-retardants. The optimum reaction conditions are: reaction temperature is 85 ℃, the drop velocity of POCl3 is 2-4 drops per second, the value of pH is 6-7 and the yield of NPM reaches 85%.
