摘要
利用空间机构运动学分析方法对推土机六向铲工作装置进行运动学研究,列出运动学方程,以MATLAB为平台,给出运动学轨迹。并用机械动力学软件ADAMS对推土机六向铲工作装置建立虚拟样机模型,模拟六向铲装置在工作中的动态过程,从而计算出推土机六向铲的最佳工作性能,采用这种方法为推土机及相关空间机构的运动学分析提供了一种新思路。
By using kinematics theory of space mechanism, the paper analyzes the six - direction shove attachment for bulldozer. According to its movement formula, movement track based on MATLAB and virtual prototype model with software ADAMS, it deduces the optimum performance. The result shows it is a new approach to kinematics analysis of bulldozer and the related mechanisms.
