摘要
提出了一种基于区域增长和改进分水岭算法的胃腺癌细胞图像分割方法。该法具有分割准确,算法结构简单等优点。该方法利用Canny边缘算子提供的边缘信息,采用区域增长法对彩色癌细胞图像进行区域分割并填充颜色。同时得到了区域的周长、面积和形态因子。在此基础上,利用距离函数图标定种子法和等值线跟踪法处理粘连区域,最终得到分割图像。
This paper presents a new kind of algorithm for cell image segmentation, which is based on region - growing and water- sheds. It has simple structure and works accurately. The method gets edge information using Canny operator and uses it as the input of region - growing to get the accurate cell region, Tnen it fills color in the correct region , gets the value of cell area, perimeter and form factor, writes the seeds using distance function and split the joint region with watersheds segmentation.
