摘要
介绍了风力发电机组并网技术及其并网和运行试验,分析了风力发电机组并网对电网电能质量的影响,深入探讨了引起波动与闪变的机理,并详细论述了采用静止无功补偿器和感性储能装置等可减小并网风力发电机组产生的功率波动,从而达到减小电压波动和闪变。
The synchronization technology and test method for wind power generation system are introduced in the paper. And the effect on the power quality in the power network caused by synchronization scheme of wind power generation are analyzed. Then the mechanism causing the voltage fluctuation and flicker by wind turbines are discussed in depth. Finally, emphatically discusses the suppression methods for fluctuation and flicker.
