摘要
文章以当前新农村文化建设为切入点,分析新农村文化建设和乡镇图书馆巩固、发展的必要性和重要意义,提出了建设和发展新农村文化和乡镇图书馆的方法和措施。
This paper analyzes the necessity and important meaning of strengthening and developing the culture construction of new countryside and the libraries of villages and towns, puts forward some methods and measures to construct and to develop the culture of new countryside and the libaries of villages and towns.
