摘要
目的:分析山东地区汉族人群血小板特异性抗原(HPA)15基因多态性分布特点。方法:采用PCR-序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)技术对108例无血缘关系汉族人进行HPA-15基因分型,计算等位基因频率、基因型频率并与其他种族、地区人群相关资料比较。结果:等位基因HPA-15a和HPA-15b分布频率分别为0.5139和0.4861;基因型HPA-15a15b、-15a15a、-15b15b频率依次为0.2407、0.2130、0.5463;HPA-15基因分布与越南、德国、奥地利人近似,而与印地安人差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:山东地区汉族人HPA-15基因存在多态性,并具有明显的种族和地域性差异。
Objective: To study the allele polymorphism of HPA-15 system in Hans from Shandong province of China.Method: Polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers(PCR-SSP)was used to determine genotype of HPA-15 in 108 blood platelet donors in Shandong Blood Center. The allele frequencies and genotype frequencies were evaluated and compared with those in other populations.Results: The frequencies of HPA-15a,-15b alleles were 0.5139 and 0.4861 respectively. Frequencies of genotypes HPA-15a15b,-15a15a,-15b15b were 0.2407,0.2130 and 0.5463 respectively. Apart from Amazon Indians(P<0.05),no significant differences were found among Chinese and Vietnamese, German, Austrian respectively. Conclusion: There were polymorphisms of HPA-15 gene in Hans from Shandong province in China , and the polymorphisms varied greatly among different regions and populations.
