摘要
本文简述了水陆画的用途、内容及其发展,并用敦煌文献和明清时期的水陆画为资料,论证了敦煌遗画和水陆画的关系,认为敦煌遗画中的一小部分大型挂画,可能是唐五代时期水陆法会上悬挂的水陆画。
This article has simply studied the purpose of a series of hanging draws for the ceremony held for saving all of the lives from waters and land which their may be employed and the contents of all of the representation and as well as the developing history of the art presentation in the form of a series hanging picture.At the same time,by studying Dunhuang Manuscripts and all the data of hanging draws related to the ceremony purpose so far found which dating from the Ming dynasty and The Qing dynasty,this article is trying to testify the relationship between the draws,hanging silk paintings and painted paper scrolls depicting nearly the entire pantheon of medieval Chinese Buddhist and Taoist from Dunhuang Hidden Library and those draws so called Shuilu Paintings.The article draws a conclusion that most of the hanging draws either on paper or on silk,which are large in scale,from Dunhuang Hidden Library may belong to the type of draws that use for the saving lives ceremony during the historic period of The Tang and The Five Dynasties.
