KISS-1基因在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义 被引量:10

摘要 目的研究K ISS-1基因在人乳腺癌组织表达及其与转移的关系。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链式扩增反应和免疫组化技术对56例人乳腺癌组织中K ISS-1 mRNA及其蛋白m etastin的表达进行检测。结果乳腺癌组织的K ISS-1 mRNA及m etastin阳性表达率均显著低于正常乳腺组织(P=0.000),且与乳腺癌的淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.01);而与乳腺癌的肿块大小、组织学分级等临床病理因素无关(P>0.05)。结论K ISS-1基因表达降低与人乳腺癌转移密切相关,可能参与人乳腺癌转移的调控。
