摘要
目的 探讨小切口经皮钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法 采用小切口经皮钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折19例。18例术后随访10-24个月，1例失访。骨折愈合时间12-20周。按Tormetta评分标准，优11例，良5例，可2例。结论 小切口经皮钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折能有效保护骨折端血运，手术创伤小，固定牢靠。
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate ostensynthesis for the treatment of distal libial fracture. Methods 19 cases with distal tibial fractures were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis. Results 18 cases were followed up for 10-24 months, and I was missed. Fractures got union in 12-20 weeks. According to the criteria of Tormetta, the resuts were excellelnt in 11cases, good in 5 and fair in 2. Conclusions Minimally invasive pereutaneous plate ostensynthesis for the treatment of distal tibial fracture has advantages of effective blood support protection , minimal surgical trauma and rigid fixation.
