摘要
研究目的探究适宜的跆拳道无氧耐力专项训练练习组合。研究方法8名跆拳道男运动员实施全力踢两组三人脚靶,两组之间间歇4 min,每组内容为3次持续30 s全力踢脚靶练习,两次练习之间间歇1 min的练习负荷。通过心率表的相关功能来控制运动强度,要求受试者练习时心率(HR)≥90%最大心率(90%HRmax),使用心率表获得练习前HR、每组练习后即刻HR、每组练习后4 min HR及HR≥90%HRmax的累计时间。取受试者准备活动后、每组练习后即刻、每组练习后4 min指尖血测定血乳酸(BLA)。主要结果和结论根据成组练习中BLA、HR的变化,说明试验采用的三人脚靶成组转换练习适合在跆拳道专项无氧耐力训练中使用;充分利用心率表的相关功能来严格监控运动员训练时的练习时间、间歇时间和HR是达到训练目的有效手段;监控标准的设置应根据训练者具体情况来确定。
Objective: Investigate a suitable training- group for anaerobic endurance agility of Kickboxing athletes. Methods: 8 male athletes accomplished two training- groups with 4 minutes interval .In each training- group, athletes kicked foot- targets, set on both sides of training ground, thirty seconds at full strength third times with 1 minute interval every time. The training load is controlled through HR. After refining, we obtained that HR (quiet HR, HR right after refining and HR4 minutes after training), the total time of over 90% HR max load. At the same time, we tested the athletes' BLA after warming- up, right after training and 4 minutes after training. Conclusion: This training - group is suitable for anaerobic endurance ability of Kickboxing athletes and it is effective way through heart rate monitor to supervise athlete's refining time and load.
