摘要
近一时期,和谐社会已成为妇孺皆知的流行用语。“和谐”、“法治”由来已久,和谐的法治社会有其特定的内涵及特点。目前我国在构建和谐的法治社会过程中仍面临许多问题。
At present, ＂harmonious society＂ has become a popular term known even to women and children. ＂Harmonious＂ and ＂legal＂ are of long standing. Harmonious and legal society has its own connotation and characters. We still face many problems in constructing harmonious and legal society.
