摘要
采用模糊综合评价法,对陕北农牧交错区的水资源开发利用现状进行了评价。根据贴近度的大小,对该区域6个县(区)的水资源可持续利用程度进行了排名,认为府谷县和定边县的水资源可持续程度相对较高,神木县和靖边县的水资源可持续程度一般,横山县和榆阳区的水资源可持续程度相对较低。最后根据区域水资源开发利用实际情况,提出了水资源可持续开发利用的对策。
By adopting the method of fuzzy and comprehensive assessment, the current situation of water exploitation and utilization in the ecotone of North Shaanxi was evaluated. Also six counties in this region were ranked according to their ability of sustainable utilization of water resources by using the concept of closeness degrees. The result showed that the sustainable degree of Fugu and Dingbian county was higher,and that of Shenmu and Jingbian county was normal, while that of Hengshan and Yuyang district was lower. At last the corresponding countermeasures to sustainable exploitation and utilization of water resources were advanced according to the actual situation.
