摘要
论述了改进型水溶液全循环法尿素工艺的技术改进,通过改进前后尿塔的运行指标、物料平衡对比,总结了改进效果。结果表明,在自汽堤一分塔、二分塔和降膜式闪蒸器等设备中采用成膜先进技术,可使吨尿素蒸汽消耗降到1.0 t;增加惰气精洗器,采用内菱形蒸发洗涤器等回收设备,可使吨尿素氨耗降至580 kg;在尿塔中使用GC型高效翅片塔盘,可使CO2转化率提高到70%。
Technical improvement was discussed for urea process of modified water solution total circulation method, through comparison before and after improvement of operating indexes and material balance situation of urea reactor, improving effect was summarized. The result indicates after the improvement technology of film formation was adopted in equipment of self-stripping first desorber, second desorber and film drop flashing tank etc. , the steam consume per each ton of urea can be reduced to 1.0t ; adding rectifier of inert gas and using recovery equipment of inner rhombus evaporation scrubber etc. can make the ammonia consume per each ton of urea to be reduced to 580 kg; using GC type of high efficient finned trays can make CO2 conversion rate to be increased to 70%.
