摘要
目的对比研究正常人群和高血压人群白大衣效应的差异,同时观察β受体阻滞剂对高血压患者的白大衣效应及心率的影响。方法分别对伴有白大衣效应的51例血压正常者和50例高血压患者进行诊室内偶测血压和动态血压监测(ABPM)白昼平均血压测量;对伴有白大衣效应的高血压者进行诊室内偶测心率和动态心电图平均心率测量;对高血压组应用倍他乐克12.5mg,每日2次,共2个月,重复检测血压及心率。结果高血压组白大衣效应高于正常血压组,β受体阻滞剂能够减轻高血压组的白大衣效应并同时减慢心动过速者心率,对正常心率则无明显影响。结论推荐β受体阻滞剂为治疗高血压“白大衣效应”和/或伴有心动过速者的一线药物。
Objective To study the difference of the white coat effect between the normal crowd and the crowd with high blood pressure, and to observe the influence in heart rate and the white coat effect of the latter the beta-adrenoceptor blocking drugs have made. Methods Measured indoors the blood pressure accidentally to monitors（ABPM） and dynamic blood pressure, the average blood pressure in daytime, to the companion containing 51 patients with normal blood pressure and 50 patients with high blood pressure with a white coat effect, and measured the heart rate accidentally indoors and the average heart rate in dynamic electrocardiogram rate of the latter. Applied the latter Betaloc12.5mg two times a day, totally two months, and made examination repeatedly of the blood pressure and heart rate. Results The white coat effect in the crowd with high blood pressure was higher than it in the normal crowd. The Beta-adrenoceptor blocking drugs can alleviating the white coat effect in crowd with high blood pressure, and reduce the heart rate for the crowd with tachycardia, but no the obvious influence to the normal crowd. Conclusion These facts suggest that Beta-adrenoceptor blocking drugs is a glimmer of medicine for curing high blood pressure with white coat effect or companion with tachycardia.
