摘要
实验在合成CF2、CF、C2F的基础上,利用热台显微镜动态地观察了二元铁酸钙还原过程中的显微结构变化,考察了它们的还原性,还原前后的强度变化,结果表明C2F,CF,CF2还原性依次增强;CF2的抗压强度在还原度较低时有明显的下降,在还原度较高时随还原度的增加抗压强度增加;CF与C2F的抗压强度随还原度的提高而提高;CF2在还原过程中有明显的裂纹产生,裂纹的产生影响了CF2的强度。
On the base of the synthetic CF2, CF and C2F, the variation of microstructure in the reduction of binary calcium ferrite was observed by means of the optical heating stage technique. The difference in reduction and strength of binary calcium ferrite was researched. Some conclusions were drawn according to the experiment : as for reduction, CF2 was the best, CF was fairly good, and C2F was the worst; the cold crushing strength of CF2 decreased greatly when the degree of reduction was lower, and it increased when the degree of reduction was higher. The cold crushing strength of CF and C2F increased with the degree of reduction rising; during the reduction of CF2 , cracks appeared obviously, then lowered the strength of CF2 .
