摘要
针对继电器控制的JZH—2B型电梯存在线路复杂,故障率高等问题,采用三菱FX2型可编程控制器对原有的继电器控制进行了改造.根据JZH—2B型电梯需要实现的功能选择相应输入/输出点数的可编程控制器,设计了程序流程图,以及电梯运行中主要环节的梯形图,梯形图采用了模块化设计,便于调试,利用可编程控制器改造后的控制系统,简化了外围线路,提高了电梯运行的可靠性.
Considering the complexity of control circuit and high failure incidence of JZH-2B elevator's original relay control system, this article introduced MITISUBISHI FX2 programmable logic controller. According to the PLC corresponding I/O points and the requirement of JZH-2B elevator, the author designed the flow chart of the program, as well as the ladder chart of the sequence of elevator movement. The ladder chart which adopted module designing is convenient to set up and test. The reformed PLC system simplified the peripheral circuit and enhanced the reliability of the elevator control system.
