摘要
建立了受到单位脉冲作用楔形滑块的润滑模型,分析表明作用单位脉冲的效果相当于产生一个初速度。利用Reynolds方程,通过牛顿迭代法分析了不同大小的瞬间脉冲对楔形滑块润滑的影响,结果表明:脉冲值越大,油膜厚度达到的最小值越小,油膜压力达到的最大值越大,挤压效果越明显;随着时间的推移,压力急剧下降,润滑状态由弹性流体动力润滑回到流体动力润滑状态。
The lubrication model of wedge-shaped slide block that is loaded unit impulse was established,it is showed that loading unit impulse is identical with creating an initial velocity. Using Reynolds equation and by Newton iteration method,the influence of different-sized immediate impulse on wedge-shaped slide block lubricating was analyzed. The results show that the larger impulse is, the smaller oil film thickness is, the larger oil film pressure and the more obvious extrusion is. As the time progresses, pressure falls down and lubrication status changes from elastohydrodynamic lubrication to hydrodynamic lubrication.
