电子商务是未来商务发展的一个必然趋势,电子合同以其独特方式向传统的商业交易提出了新的挑战。就电子商务中电子合同效力问题进行了探讨和论述,并提出了相应对策与建议。
The electronic commerce is an inevitable trend of the future development of the commerce, and the electronic contract puts forward the new challenge to the traditional commercial trades with its special way. This paper probes into the effectiveness of the electronic contract, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
