摘要
以我国某高校竞争力评估及对策研究为例,介绍了KSF分析方法的应用过程,包括在调查研究的基础上准确定位,正确识别KSF,搜集KSF情报,比较分析KSF,制定行动计划等。
Taking the competitive power evaluation and the countermeasures study of a certain university in China as the example, this paper introduces the application process of KSF analysis, which includes the accurate positioning based on the investigation and research, the right identification of KSF, the collection of KSF information, the comparison and analysis of KSF, and the formulation of the activity plan, etc.
