摘要
中小企业“浅度”的国际化经营是以出口和加工贸易为主体、以低价竞争为手段、以廉价劳动力资源为核心、以低附加值产品为载体,不利于中小企业在拓展国际市场的同时迅速成长并形成核心竞争力。中国中小企业要实现从“浅度”向“深度”国际化经营的转型,必须以战略规划促进成长,突破企业制度的约束;以特色经营拓展市场,突破贸易制度的约束;以企业集群强化优势,突破产业制度的约束;以品牌塑造提高影响力,突破市场体制的约束;以技术创新形成核心竞争力,突破企业间合作制度的约束。
The main body of "Shallow degree" internationalization operate in Chinese SMEs includes expert trade and manufacturing trade, competing with low price, regarding cheap labor resources as the core, taking low additional worth product as cartier. All of them make it hard for Chinese SMEs expand international market, grow up quickly and form core competences. The paper analyzes how Chinese SMEs realize the intemalizal transfomation of management from "Shalow" to "deep" degree. They should achieve tile development through strategic design with the institutional breakthrough, expand the market with the special features to break the stipulation of system trad; enhance the industrial advantages, by breaking industrial institutions; advance the brand influence to surpass on the market system; improve core competences with tectmological to promote cooperation system.
