复杂性思维认为,世界从本质上看是非线性的,线性只是一种特例;因而在这样一个非线性的世界中,人们必须用一种非线性思维,才能获得对事物本质的正确认识。在这样一个线性模型中,所有事件都是某种明确定义的起始原因的结果,人们相信后果的范围类似于他的原因的范围。然而,伴随着人类进入后工业化社会,人类自身与自然界的生态循环结合得越来越紧密,传统线性的工业生产模式使复杂的自然平衡越来越受到威胁。人类的生存范式正在发生改变,人类营销行为也呈现出与以往不同的特色。
