摘要
目前我国筛选技术装备有待提高的方面主要是:单位面积筛选能力低、缺乏压力筛运行状态检测和自控系统、缺乏多功能的压力筛、关键部件研究开发滞后。应开发具有节能、节水、高效、生产能力大的全封闭热筛选系统,提高企业的自主创新能力,提高筛选技术装备的国产化程度。同时介绍了银翼公司开发的新型筛选设备。
The weak points for China＇ s screening equipment include being low in capacity per unit screening area, shortage of running status measuring system and automatic system, shortage of multifunctional pressure screen and lag in R＆D of critical components. The complete closed hot screening system low in energy and water consumption and high in efficiency and productivity should be developed, the independent innovation capability of the enterprises should be improved and the nationalization degree of the screening equipment should be raised. The brandnew kinds of screening equipment made by Yinyi Company are introduced in the paper.
