摘要
目的观察中西医结合疗法治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床疗效。方法将76例阑尾周围脓肿患者随机分为2组。治疗组38例采用中西医结合治疗;对照组38例采用抗感染、输液、热敷等西医保守治疗。2组均7日为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为73.7%,对照组总有效率为52.6%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗阑尾周围脓肿疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination TCM and western medicine on pefiappendiceal abscess, Methods 76 patients with periappendiceal abscess were divided into two groups. 38 patients in the treatment group were treated with combined TCM and western medicine. 38 patients in the control group were treated with western reufine method such as anti-inflammatory, transfusion and hot fomentation. Seven days was a treatment course. Clinical effect was observed after one treatment cotase in both groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 73.7 % and 52.6% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01）, Conclusion Combination TCM and western medicine has a obvious effect on pefiappendiceal abscess.
